OBC artist and New York Times contract photojournalist Ed Ou was selected as a finalist for the 2011 Pictures of the Year International (POYi). POYi is a prestigious photographic institution that began as a contest in 1944. The contest has grown and transformed, and is now an international program offering auxiliary workshops and seminars.
